Could I be pregnant or is my cycle messed up?

I had a pd. on Jan 20. I had another pd. on Feb 11th. I only had breakthrough bleeding (from b/c) on March 4. My doc said that was my pd. but idk. But I havent had my pd. yet this month. Should I be worried?!?!?!
