If water broke in the shower?

would i still notice. i am feeling baby move like crazy still and i think that i just peed a little because it wasnt much. and wouldnt i still be leaking. i went to the doctor today and there was no leakage then. i am probably just paranoid. i havent had any contractions or anything. no bleeding and belly still squishy (dont know if that matters). just curious if you think i am just paranoid or what. i went for an hour long walk before the shower and i dont usually go walking if that makes a difference.
