Between a glider pilot and powered airplane pilot, which looks better to the USAFA or the USNA?

For example, I want to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy or the U.S. Naval Academy after graduating high school. I am looking at either becoming a glider pilot or a powered airplane pilot. My goal is to become an Air Force Fighter Pilot or a Fixed-Wing Naval Aviator after graduating from either of the Academies. Which would look better for admission?
