Is there a handheld device that can do Speech to Text.?

I would like to do an internet broadcast (Intercast), but every time I sit in front of the computer, with the microphone turn on I forget what I want to say. So a Blog may be the way to go, but It's hard for me to type & my spelling is worst then my typing. So is there a handheld device that can do Speech to Text.
