Girl wants to know if she could be pregnant, does anyone have an answer to my question please?

The last time i had was in Aprril, but i was on the pill. Ive had my period and ive been fine, but for some past weeks ive been urinating like crazy. Could I be pregnant. It could also be the weather, because the weather is now chilly with the rains and all, but i want to be sure. Can anyone help please
