13 dpo..period due tomorrow!?

im pretty sure i ovulated on 6march....since weekend ive been having bad cramps across lower abdominal, esp twinges on right hand side lower abdominal and today my feel sore and hurt when my hubby touched them....i moved his hand away quickly...i dont have any other symptoms, the cramping has gone also....could i be pregnant?? i will be testing soon!
