Problem with my cousin?

Well, my cousin Megan who is like 28 just got dumped by her boyfriend Dean who is 29 over e-mail, and she felt bad. All of the times I saw them together I thought it was different then teen hooking up, and one night stands, but I guess it wasn't. They were together a good 6 months I think. Now it is about 3-4 weeks later after she got dumped and I am going to see her at the dunes. Each year our family gets together at the dunes, and I have a feeling seeing all of the family together might reminder her of him. I am much younger than her but very mature. Is there anything I can do to make her forget him, or take her mind of him? I know he was dumb and all to do that over e-mail, but I still want her to cheer up. Thanks A LOT!
