Making a Jepordy/Family Fued typed game in Gamemaker?

I need to make a board game/computer game for English cl about Romeo and Juliet. It has to be educational, and be based on the conflict, plot, characters, setting, and dramatic effects in R&J. Is there a way i can make a game similar to Family Feud or Jeopardy in Gamemaker 8.1, a game with Q&A and a point system, etc.? THANKS!!
