Does anyone know a mr. kelly macbright?he is a scammer?

This person contacted me and offered me job in uk coz im in philippines. but he ask me to pay for the courier that will deliver my supposedly visa papers.All was scam. Fortunately I didnt grab this. This is a warning to anyone who might encounter him in the net.
