Do you think white males are targeted?

why is it that we are always forced to pay for those who are hungry and poor,give up jobs to minorities,pay for schools,pay for health-care,discriminated in music,tv and radio (have you noticed how media is trying to make white men and women look stupid in tv commercials) why is it that so called minority always blames white people for everything,can anyone explain to me why did we have to help Haiti with over 100 to 200 million while china only donated $1 million? and there are billions and billions of dollars we been sending to africa and other countries,i could understand if there is a strategic need for it but all these countries are useless and hopeless.
