Am i pregnant?

it feels as if i havent had my period for awhile now. but i recently went to the doctor about a couple weeks ago and my pregnancy test was negative. however since then ive been feeling weird. tired, emotional, stressed out sum, low back aches, and ive been craving bagels/cream cheese lately. recently i had an issue with my . they wud burn wen ever i took a shower. and they still get irritated sumtimes now but no burning. my have been very sensitive to the touch for sum time now. i get headaches nd nausea often too. i also have like this skin irritation under the right side of my chin. that may have nuthin to do with this but it appeared suddenly. i wanna know what to feel for in my tummy that indicates pregancy? like right above my pelvic bone it feels hard but squishy and idk if it has felt like that every month when i get my cycle. does your uterus get hard or feel that way when u are about to come on? how long shud i wait b4 taking another pregnancy test?
